RENOVATION OF TOWN HALL

This historic 107-year old gathering place is undergoing a renovation. Beginning with roof truss damage, the entire rooftop has been replaced. With this work, it was a reasonable time to consider updating electrical power (from 60 to 200 AMP), additional electrical wiring for outlets and technology updates, new lighting, and plans for an ADA compliant restroom and front entrance. The look of the historic building will be returned near to what it was originally – including beadboard interior and fresh paint for the original exterior color.
