Board of Adjustments
The Board of Adjustment is a quasi-judicial body comprising of five regular members, including three citizen members, one member appointed from the Planning Commission and one member appointed from the Board of Trustees, as well as two alternate citizen members. Members are appointed by the Town Board of Trustees and shall serve staggered terms of two years.
The Board of Adjustment meets on the first Tuesday of the month, as needed, to hear and decide exceptions (variance) to zoning requirements for land use, including lot width, set backs, per Town zoning code.
