10/01/20  Official November election mail ballots should start going out approximately October 9th to registered electors. Watch your mail for your ballot!  You can vote the ballot, and mail it in return to the County, or drop it off to a secure 24-hour Ballot Drop Box location or a Voter Service and Polling Center (VSPC).  You will find locations (and maps) for a Secure Drop Box or a VSPC at this link: https://clerkandrecorder.elpasoco.com/elections/ballot-drop-boxes-vspc-l...
You may also register to vote, update voter registration, request a replacement ballot, mark your ballot using an ADA accessible ballot marking device, or drop off your ballot – in person at the VSPC location.
