Star Lighting on 9/3/23

The town star will be lit the evening of September 3 in memory of the following longtime residents –

• Mr. Hermann J Spielkamp, passed on August 19, avid skier, mountain biker and equestrian.
• Mr. Robert Landon Wickham, passed on July 25, married to Judy Harrington.

• The star is also lit to honor resident Alicia Gatti. She will be leaving Palmer Lake after 26 years of contributing to the culture and beauty of the town. Alicia owned and operated the Depot and was a founding member of the Parks Commission. Her endless volunteer hours are greatly appreciated, and she is recognized for her support of the American Legion. Alicia will be leaving Palmer Lake by the end of September.
