First PLPD Citizens Academy Kicked Off!

On Monday, July 10, the first Citizens Academy class was hosted by PLPD, led by Sgt Joe Lundy and included an introduction and profile of most of the Officers that will instruct an upcoming class through September. This initial class has 12 students registered including numerous residents, staff members and officials as well as a few guests from outside the community. This opportunity will be held annually – please watch for future dates to register.
