Administration Office & Historic Town Hall

Palmer Lake’s Town Hall is located in a village green area comprised of multiple municipal buildings. The large historical building that is used for public meetings and special events is at 28 Valley Crescent. This is what most local people refer to when they say “Town Hall.” There is also a municipal building leased to the Pikes Peak Library District and the Lucretia Valle Historical Museum and a municipal building for the administration office. The administration office is located at 42 Valley Crescent next to the historic town hall.

The Administration Department provides oversight and day-to-day management of administrative operations. Contact this department for general information on policy questions, Town Board, Planning and Parks Commission meeting information, sales or use tax, sign and other building and land use permits, zoning questions, business and liquor licensing, special event information and election information.
