Bill Fisher (Jan. 2023 - Jan. 2025)
Bill Fisher is a resident of the town for over 23 years. His expertise is architectural design. In the 2000s, he worked with the Town Board members and the Restaurant Group to develop streetscape concept plans. In 2010s, he participated in the Centennial Park Master Plan process with El Paso County Parks, the Board and the Restaurant Group. He has performed pro bono design work for the pedestrian bridge and parking in Centennial Park and assisted with grant writing.
Bill enjoys hiking and biking the Palmer Lake back country with friends and family. His wife, Marina, owns and operates La Rosa southwestern dining in town.
