Jess has been a resident of the Town for more than six years. She has served as Secretary to the Parks Commission for three years and has been a member of the Wildfire Awareness Corp. Jess grew up in the Tri-Lakes area, spent her adult years here, and plans to raise her family in Palmer Lake. Her husband is a long time town resident and she loves all that Palmer Lake has to offer!
