New Water Billing Provider

Town of Palmer Lake Water Customers:

The town is transitioning to a new water billing company effective March 21, 2021.

NO ACTION IS NEEDED AT THIS TIME.

IF YOU ARE USING WHITE MOUNTAIN AUTO-PAY, your February bill (due March 20th) will be processed through White Mountain on March 15th, as usual. The new water billing provider is AmCoBi. Their services will include:

*  Electronic/email billing (eBill) – view/print current and previous bills, and see historical consumption
*  An online payment service (ePay) – ACH transactions are free; credit/debit card transaction fee is approximately 2.95%
*  Professional, friendly, and timely service call center in Colorado Springs
