Update: Reservoir Road

07/21/20  This is a photo of some of the construction being performed on the Town reservoir access road. The amount of wash out has made areas of the road a safety concern. The contractor has approximately four weeks of work in; and the work consists of hand compacting dirt to build up walls (note the rebar in the photo). This work is significant in order for emergency vehicles and Town water staff to access the reservoir area safely. The latest update is an estimated five weeks of construction and the road will remain closed until further notice. The town appreciates public patience and cooperation to stay clear of the area in order to safely conduct the work required for emergency access.
