Absolutely not. The reservoir access road is an access road for town and emergency use only. Foot traffic only is allowed on the access road.
Fishing is permitted from the bank of the upper/second reservoir. No fishing is permitted at the lower/first reservoir. Ice fishing is not permitted on either reservoir.
