NOTICE: Updated Electrical and Plumbing Code Adopted

The Town of Palmer Lake partners with Pikes Peak Regional Building (PPRBD) as the building inspection agency for the Town. Please note the enclosed codes recently adopted by PPRBD and effective dates –

National Electrical Code (NEC), 2023 Edition, was adopted and will be effective on July 29, 2024

Colorado Plumbing Code was adopted and is effective on April 12, 2024
