Illegal Discharge/Household Hazardous Wastes

There is no excuse for dumping household waste into roadside ditches and open spaces.  Yard waste like grass clippings, leaves and twigs can be composted and recycled.  If that is not an option most trash companies allow yard waste when properly contained.
